DR. CHANEL
SERANO
Dr. Chanel A. Serano, a Christian thought leader with almost 30 years in the helping profession, is the published author of "All God Needs Is Your Yes! Successfully Walking In Your Full Authority" (2024) and "CoParenting With Christ: 9 Steps to Achieving Harmony" (2021) book & workbook. She serves in a leadership capacity as a manager at a governmental agency, geared toward equipping the next generation of leaders. Dr. Serano is the CEO of Esther's Daughters LLC and God Is Within Her Publishing LLC, a faith-based publishing company that provides steps in the self-publishing process. Her publishing agency creates digital products including prayer cards, affirmation cards, book bundles for women Bible studies, scripture reference sheets, single mothers ministry Bible study bundle and video content, and more. Dr. Serano led a single mother’s ministry at her home church for several years. She has a doctor of education degree in counseling psychology. Dr. Serano is the content creator for Doing Life with Christ blog, www.doinglifewithChristblog.wordpress.com, Dr. Chanel Serano YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@dr.chanelserano7039, and is a consultant to Bird of Paradise LLC. She is excited for this new season that God has her in as her son is now in his early 20s, serving God, pursuing his Bachelor of Arts degree, and is a business owner. She is preparing for marriage as she is set to wed her best friend, Kenrick, in the upcoming months!

I was a 20-year-old college student when I discovered that I was pregnant. Several months later, I was holding my son looking into the eyes of this precious gift fearfully wondering what the world had in store. I knew that life was going to have its challenges and goals would be postponed, but not canceled. And on July 27, 2008, one day after my birthday, I chose to give my life to Christ. Life has thrown its curveballs with unhealthy relationships, almost losing my home, health challenges, but as Psalm 75 states, God sent His thousands of angels to protect and guide us reminding me in my lowest times that God always has the last word, to be thankful to Him at all times, and to be intentional in transforming out of my old ways and to grow in my relationship with Him. Did I make mistakes after? Yes! Did I make poor choices? Absolutely. I chose to commit my everything to God and through this breakthrough, Esther’s Daughters LLC was birthed.
